Native Widget Display

Some of our widgets support preselection of financial assets or assets classes which will be shown on the widget. It allows you to customize the widget easily and create a personalized chart.

If you want to customize the widget including colors, fonts, width of lines and set specific list of assets on it, then please use our widget playground https://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/WidgetList

If you want to customize the appearance of your widget then please use widget settings on https://dashboard.acuitytrading.com

The following widgets support native mode:

  • Sentiment radial gauge
  • Sentiment linear gauge

To get the widget with preselected parameters you need to use the URL: http://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/widget/comparisonradialgauges?apikey={apikey}&assetclass={asset class name}&instrument={asset name}

  • “assetclass” is the key for the observable type; omit it if a dropdown menu is not required (native view)
  • “instrument” defines the observer and is obligatory in all calls.

Here are a few examples:

For currency AUD, USD, JPY url inputs are “instrument=aud,usd,jpy” key like this: http://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/widget/comparisonradialgauges?apikey=&instrument=aud,usd,jpy

For currency pairs AUD/USD , USD/JPY inputs are “instrument=aud-usd,usd-jpy” key like this: http://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/widget/comparisonradialgauges?apikey=&instrument=aud-usd,usd-jpy

For Commodity such as Oil you should add “instrument=crude_oil” key like this: http://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/widget/comparisonradialgauges?apikey=&instrument=crude_oil

To fetch widgets without menus and other selectable elements you must add key “native=true” in URL like this: http://dashboard.acuitytrading.com/widget/comparisonradialgauges?apikey=&assetclass=curr encypairs&native=true&instrument=eur-usd

To test whether the correct keyword is being used in the URL please use default url and select an instrument in the dropdown – then look into URL keys.
