Sentiment data

Sentiment data otherwise known as an output from Natural Language Processing is the automated reading of text. Within each text body we examine the words surrounding a specific target to judge how positively and negatively the asset in question is spoken about. Indeed, we can go even further and look at other sentiment types such as Fear and Joy. We cover 9 sentiment types in total and a variety of calculations that manipulate this data into new indices.

Percentage Positivity

Percentage positivity is the percentage of positive comments as a total of positive and negative comments. We also offer this in a financial perspective as percentage Bullishness.
